  Simply the worst.
  
  Typical wait time to PLACE an order is 15 minutes if you walk in. My last visit here went like: 0 mins - line up at entrance (shop is clearly busy to customers and staff) 10 mins - notice there is literally not a single piece of food in the warmer trays where they put cooked chicken usually. Wonder if anything will be cooked by the time i order 20 mins - Place order for *suprise!* chicken pieces 21mins - get informed by staff that there will be a 20 minute wait on hot and spicy chicken pieces 40 mins - still waiting in dining area. Notice that literally 6 out of 12 tables in dining area have food on them 60 mins - get asked by other random customer how long we've been waiting and tell him an hour. He wanted my docket. It looked like perhaps he was an undercover owner or maybe a mystery shopper so i gave him my docket. As he approached the counter the staff brought my order out. Don't know who or what he was, hope it impacts the store negatively. They need a KFC at Tugun as this store has a monopoly on the south end of the Gold Coast and that's the only reason it isn't shut down. Also about the dining area - for an entire hour no one cleaned the tables, that's AT LEAST an hour, could be longer. And they won't get just 1 bad review from me but 4. One on Google and one on Facebook, from myself and my wife's account. Worst KFC ever gets 4 bad reviews.
  
  TLDR: 15 mins to place an order, 60 mins to get order, need another KFC on south GC so this one can be boycotted.
